Je nach Personal sehr unterschiedliche Erfahrungen, egal ob Service, Zimmerreinigung oder Rezeption. Mal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, dann wieder abweisend und desinteressiert. Zimmer mal blitzblank sauber, dann wieder sehr schlecht gereinigt. Hotelanlage und Pools sind generell OK für den Preis, kinderfreundlich, gute Abendshows, Strand nett, aber stark abfallend. Essen war eher mäh, vor allem für Kinder. Nachspeisen die schwächsten von den bisherigen Türkeibesuchen.

We spent 10 days at this beautiful resort ! The rooms are clean and cozy, the food was delicious and so much to do outside of the resort also. The beach has wonderful waves and lots of beach chairs. The water slides are so fun. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. 10/10 recommend for the whole family !

5 Sterne – Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundum genossen! Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich empfangen, das Personal war während des gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich, professionell und immer hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bot einen tollen Blick auf die Umgebung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich – für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir auch der Wellnessbereich, der zum Entspannen einlädt und bestens ausgestattet ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: zentral, aber ruhig, mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Ob für einen Städtetrip oder eine Geschäftsreise – ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Not worth the money

First of all, it was overpriced while our experience of being there. The waterpark was only opened from 10 to 12 then from 2 to 4 which they don’t actually even finish the two hours they turn off the slides before the time is over. We do not pay all that money to be limited. We thought it was unlimited. Then we found out that there is no AC you have to sleep with her door open and after 6 AM the sun hits and you cannot sleep. It’s too hot even during the night some days are warm so we do not pay if we’re not having AC not as much activities as they had said on their website ,we had to wait over 30 minutes for some people to come and allow us to play in the game room, which was also an extra charge. The buffet was good however stay away from mushrooms. I got food poisoning. it was supposed to be a resort full of fun. Our kids were actually bored.

10-13 Nisan 2024 tarihlerinde Otelden her şey dahil kapsamında hizmet aldık.Hotels.com üzerinden yandan deniz gören oda ödemesi yaptık ancak otele geldiğimizde kara tarafı rezerve edilmiş dedi, ancak yine de yandan deniz manzaralı oda verdiler. Otel denize sıfır.Ve diğer otellere göre denize çok daha yakındı.Havuzu oldukça uzundu,güzeldi,temizdi;her akşam temizlediklerini görüyorduk.AquaPark oldukça eğlenceli ve büyüktü.Olanakları temizliği düzeni konforu ve yemekleri yeterliydi. Yemek salonundaki Sevda ve Gazi isimli servis elemanlarına teşekkürler çok çalışkan ve güleryüzlüydüler.Resepsiyon giriş ve çıkış işlemleri çok hızlıydı.Otel yönetimi küçük hesap peşinde değildi.Her şey bol bol ikram edildi.Animasyon ekibine teşekkürler gösteriler ve akşamki müzik grupları başarılıydı.Ferit isimli bandalı arkadaş çok sevecendi(Dart organizatörü).Kapalı havuz, sauna ,hamam olanakları yeterliydi.Yemekler genel olarak başarılıydı.Soğuk mezeler çok başarılıydı.Tek olumsuzluk otel geneli sabahları biraz sessizdi.Biraz arka fonda müzik olabilirdi.Kullanılan peçeteler, booklet ürünler boldu ve kaliteliydi.Genel olarak beğendik.

A dire la verità per essere un un Ressort di cinque stelle le pulizie non pulivano per niente cambiavano solo i asciugamani? Noi eravamo 4 Persone una volta lasciavano due asciugamani una volta tre non pulivano mai il si bloccano i bagni non tiravano l’acqua per farlo corta il Ressort era bello fuori le piscine molto belle l’ambiente fuori era un spettacolo, invece dentro per me è un Ressort di 3 stelle son rimasto un po’ deluso

Antalya trip crystal centro resort.

Great location! Good service.. we were a large group of 18 people. Best part was the Turkish bath the resort which was much much better then the one we had outside..Need to improve service in the area were we came to the hotel early morning 5am and had to pay full occupancy charge for previous day. We had a very late night flight and requested late checkout but the resort wanted to charge an additional fee. The guest manager was not accommodative and did not come to explain, we ended only talking to the guest services staff. Overall good experience.
