"This day at this hotel was great. It's very good service very clean. The spa services are very very good. A bid pricey but they are good services. I would definitely stay there again. But I will not have a room on the bottom floor right next to the entrance door. The door slams every time somebody is using it and it wakes you up every time."

"I loved the environment. There was food everywhere my favorite was the a la carte option by the swim up pool. Only thing I didn’t like was that the Spa services was an extra charge in Euros. Also make sure you have AirTags in luggage as my luggage was lost in Frankfurt for a day which made my experience a little sour. But overall very nice place. Lovely lovely resort. The staff are very helpful especially Bilal the server. It was an amazing experience will def come back. "

Some key positives include: - The food! - The pools - The beach - The staff - The Gym While 5 stars, it wasn’t perfect and some improvements I would like in the future include: - A proper Queen or King bed instead of 2 double beds put together. It made it very uncomfortable while snuggling - The rooms are not soundproof. A baby on the same hallway kept us up multiple nights - It needs a laundry room for self-service Otherwise, we recommend staying here 100% "
