"Rooms were clean and staff provided water everyday along with new linen/ towels when asked. All staff was super friendly. The hotel is very close to multiple subway entrances and bus stops. Would highly recommend and I know I would definitely stay here again."

"The Grand Hyatt Seoul has a fantastic location above Itaewon with beautiful views, and that's about all it has going for it. The service was among the worst I have experienced at a hotel in this category. I repeatedly asked for housekeeping and no one ever came. Turndown service simply doesn't exist here. For a property charging luxury rates, these are basics, not extras. Credit where it's due: a manager kindly moved me to a renovated room, which was a welcome gesture, and breakfast was decent enough. But one helpful staff member cannot make up for a hotel that seems indifferent to its guests. If you are considering the Grand Hyatt for a Seoul trip, I would strongly recommend the Four Seasons instead — comparable location in old Seoul, and they actually understand what service means."

"1人旅で3泊しましたが、温泉もそれほど混まずゆっくりできました。夜鳴きそばやロビーの無料コーヒーなどもあり快適な滞在でした。スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで完璧な日本語で案内してくれます。洗濯機が無料で使えるのもボーナスでした（乾燥機は別途有料) 一時的のようですが、空港行きバス乗り場もホテルの目の前で大変便利でした。確かに立地は坂の上にありますが、シンノンヒョン駅からホテルへの上り坂はそれほどキツく感じませんでした。オンジュ駅からのほうが下り坂で楽です。また韓国へ行く際は利用したいです。"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.. nice&large room and comfortable bed.. best part is the toilet room. it is separate from the shower room... there is a good cafe located at the bottom of a hotel building.. also having two metro lines within walking distance from the hotel is a plus.. A few restaurants within walking distance as well..."
