"First day check-in process with Ethan at front desk was very friendly and he did his best to help us move rooms seamlessly. I had seperate bookings since my reservations were last minute and the hotel's availability differed each day. As for the rooms, the first 2 were fine for a business level hotel but on the final night, the bathroom had areas left unclean that was too much for me to overlook so they moved us to a different room which wasn't handled in the best way. "Upmarket hotel with views of Incheon terminal 1 runway. Free shuttle to and from both terminals, perfect for stay before or after morning flights and late evening arrivals. We followed advice and booked a west tower room which was spacious and nicely appointed. The restaurant gets busy so best to book a table"
