"This hotel is fine, it’s comfy, has nice decor and facilities, easy to log your car for the parking. It was in a good location for us. But, the windows sounded like they were paper thin, noise pollution from outside seemed excessive, as did noise from the hallway - felt like other guests in the hall were in your room. Neither are necessarily that different from some other hotels. The reason I wouldn’t use Dakota again is the taking £50 from your account / credit card on check in, then not...
