"We decided to try this Chalet for 2 nights while visiting Annecy. Somehow I expected it to be closer to the city--turned out to be a 40-minute drive each way. Looking back at the property description I see that they say the lake is 38 minutes away, so maybe I just missed this originally...? The building is beautiful, apparently custom-made to be a home with extra bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs for quests. The owners Christophe and Natalie were very nice to us and tried to be kind and...

"Très bon séjour, Cadre paradisiaque, belle chambre entourée d’animaux. Lit très confortable et douche nickel. Petit déjeuné sympa, peut être un peu cher. Super terrasse mais nous n’arrivions pas à fermer la baie vitrée à clé. Petit - pour le frigo pas très propre. Propriétaires très agréables. Nous recommandons ! "

"The guesthouse was situated in an nice autentical house thar was furnished with taste. Lots of shared space like a kitchen and living room and even garden. Marc was an excellent host. Breakfast was very nice with warm baked bread ansd self made fruit salade. Nice bed and shower. Due to the warm weather i was happy with the fan. I warmly recommend this place !"

"This was a unique property in former house in a residential neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The room was large and everything was up to date. Nice breakfast included as was on site parking. Nice personal service from the owner. Public transit nearby and tickets were included."

"Very large room and bathroom. Everything brand new and spotlessly clean. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The room is in a residential area, 10 minutes walk from Rolle train station and from the town center, where there are some restaurants. The owners who live downstairs are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is also good and at a reasonable price. I recommend it."

"The apartment was very nice and the staff accommodating. We had a loud guest above us on our first night, and the staff immediately gave us a top floor room, no fuss at all. We'd definitely stay there again. Location is excellent. Parking is difficult and expensive, but that's not specific to this property....that's the whole area. "

"Key was not left to access property. No communication. Had to book another hotel for a place to stay. There is no reception desk and the common areas of what I did see were filthy. Very very disappointing. "
