The front desk staff were thoughtful, helpful, and very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and an ideal base for seeing the best of Geneva."

"Excellent location, right in front of the lake. The room was very comfortable and the hotel felt well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay. A couple of small points, however. Considering this is a four-star hotel and that there is a €14 per night fee for dogs, I expected a bit more attention to pets. The only item provided was a simple aluminum water bowl, which we had to request at reception. In other places we have stayed, hotels sometimes offer small extras such as a dog bed or treats, even without charging an additional fee. The breakfast also did not feel quite worth the €22 per guest."
