Pts positifs : - Accueil, sympathie et disponibilité de l'hôte. - En face d'un Casino, pharmacie et bureau de tabac. - Calme, et voisins TRÈS agréables et serviables. - Parking protégé. - Studio sécurisé, bien équipé et canapé BZ très confortable. Pts négatifs : - Annonce peu claire sur la localisation qui ne stipule pas être aussi loin d'Annecy, 10km. Dommage.

Studio conforme à l'annonce. Bien équipé , il répond parfaitement aux besoins pour une ou deux personnes. La coursive est un vrai plus. Il est proche de toute commodité et la voiture n'est pas nécessaire pour aller à Annecy. ( bus tous les 20mn)

Appartement idéalement situé (proximité pour les points d'intérêt). Idéal pour jeune couple, la petite terrasse est très appréciable et permet d'agrandir l'espace de vie. Accueil chaleureux et de bons conseils. Parking privatif et sécurisé très appréciable.

L endroit très joli mais l appartement vraiment trop petit heureusement il a fait beau on a pu sortir tous les jours et rentrer juste pour dormir et le fait d avoir à fermer 4 portes à clé à chaque fois un peu contraignant

Ubicación incorrectamente indicada

El apartamento es pequeño, pero correcto. La relación calidad-precio es buena. Pero en el anuncio debería indicarse de forma clara y explicita que no está ubicado en Annecy, sino en Poisy. El marcador del mapa está justo en el centro de Annecy y eso conduce a error. Fue para mi una gran sorpresa descubrir que estaba en Poisy cuando recibí el contrato pocos días antes del viaje. Por lo demás todo muy bien.
