Located in the heart of the old town, the "Venice of the Alps", this studio has been renovated and offers modern comfort in a building full of history.

With a surface area of ​​17 sqm, this furnished studio is located on the 1st floor of a secure building with no lift with the view on a courtyard.
Decorated and furnished in a contemporary style, it has an equipped kitchen; a dining area with table and chairs; a bed and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
You will feel at ease during your stay: Flat Screen Tv, Wifi, Washing Machine, Microwave, Refrigerator, Iron, Coffee machine, Kettle, etc ...

The apartment is located rue du Pont Morens, in the heart of the historic center of Annecy, the Venice of the Alps! The district is very lively with its shops of local and other products, its restaurants or wine bar. The market is held 3 times a week and for the lucky ones, the last Saturday of the month is the flea market! Around the corner, the lake, the city center and the castle above us are just 5 minutes away.

## Transit
The nearest parking lots are about 400 meters from the apartment. You can park in the Sainte-Claire car park (follow P4) or in the town hall car park (follow P3).
Pier (lake) and cycle path 400 meters away, Train station 700 meters away. Geneva international airport 45 kms.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurùs in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Annecy Trip

This is a small small room. It is in an old building and all a bit of a mess. Pictures do not give you true perspective of the room. Bed is against the wall so you have to climb over each other to get in bed. We love Annecy but this room was a big disappointment. A lot of money for what it is, untidy, not particularly clean . If you are over 21 do not stay here.

appartement central et pratique mais le confort ne correspond pas à la description et il manque bp d'options décrites: appartement sombre et bp d'ampoules grillées cuisine , SDB, four lit et pas de canapé donc tres etroit appareil menager sans mode d'emploi et difficilement utilisable: micro-onde (que programme fort), machine à café avec tabs ( inconnu?) pas de machine à laver pas de toaster ustensile de cuisine moins que minimal ! securité de l'acces: acces au couloir avec code bidon, acces à la porte de l'appartement avec le code ok mais sans la cle donc pas trop securisé !! sinon bon sejour à Annecy !

J'ai passĂ© un trĂšs bon moment dans la vieille ville d'Annesy. J'Ă©tais inquiet en essayant d'entrer dans mon appartement ce que j'avais louĂ© mais il s'est avĂ©rĂ© propre et fonctionnel. Parfait pour une personne. Mes suggestions seraient d'ajouter au moins une Ɠuvre d'art dans la piĂšce ou des rideaux colorĂ©s. C'est un peu austĂšre.

TrÚs bon accueil, c'est une trÚs bonne chambre avec kitchinette, petit refrigirateur, salle de bain, vaisseille et evier. TrÚs bien situé à moins de 10 min à pied de la gare, en plein coeur des rues piétonnes. Attention, ce logement est réservé pour ceux et celles qui souhaitent avoir juste un pied à terre pour pouvoir effectuer des visites, voire pour les professionnels qui ont des missions à effectuer ou des entrevues. Le logement est plutot calme mais n'a pas de vues.
