In the heart of Annecy’s pedestrian city center, this fully renovated attic apartment will charm you with its contemporary and ultra-cozy decor. Its open view over the city’s rooftops makes it a quiet and ideally located place to stay. Its modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home, and you’ll also enjoy a welcome set and discounts with our partners.

Located on the 4th floor without an elevator, it can accommodate up to 2 guests. Access to the mezzanine bed is via a fairly steep ladder, with limited headroom, so it is not recommended for young children.
The sleeping area features a 140x190 bed.

The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher.
The bathroom includes a shower and toilet.

Bed linen, towels, and a kitchen towel are provided for your stay.

You can enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants after a lovely day by the lake or in the mountains. Everything is within walking distance, so you won’t need a car during your stay.

Household linen is provided for your stay: bed sheets and towels.
Pets are welcome in the apartment.

Check-in is available every day from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. After 9:00 PM, a self check-in solution will be offered.
If the apartment is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4:00 PM (confirmation on the same day only).
Similarly, on your departure day, a late check-out may be possible if the apartment is not booked that evening.

🧳 To ensure peace of mind until your train departure, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to safely store your bags.
