L'accueil de Claude était au top, avec plein de bon plan et même un classeur avec tout ce qu'il y a autour ce qui est un vrai plus ! Au niveau de l'appartement je dirai même qu'il est mieux que sur les photos : la salle de bain est vraiment fonctionnelle et pas aussi petite qu'on peut croire, le studio peut même suffir pour 4 car plein de rangement, et la cerise sur le gâteau reste la terasse ! Vraiment grande et agréable avec volet coulissant. Bref, une location parfaite et un très bon rapport qualité/prix à refaire !

Très beau Studio,fonctionnel,propre et très bien équipé. Tout y est pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Beau balcon sur lequel nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas. Très proche du centre ville et du lac. Nous avons également apprécié les balades à vélos. Merci à M.Humair pour son accueil très sympathique et ses bons conseils pour les visites du coin et les bons resto. Nous vous recommandons cette location.vous ne serez pas déçu. Merci. Très bon séjour sur Annecy. Le studio est idéalement situé pour visiter la ville à pied. Très bien agencé pour un couple avec un enfant. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et de très bons conseils.
