"Awesome experience!! Everything was top notch!! We did have dinner in the restaurant and felt like one of the waitresses were rushing us on….(reason for 4 stars) Aside from that our stay was very pleasant."

"What a beautiful place to stay in Ayr. Plenty of parking available. Great food and well stocked bar. All staff were fantastic - not over-bearing, just perfect, polite and couldn't do more to make our stay as lovely as it was. Thank you. Our room (44) was good, very clean, good bathroom/shower etc. We will return!"

"Clean, modern hotel near central Kilmarnock. Staff very helpful. Matresses thin, sagging and provide little support; they really need to be replaced with much igher quality mattresses. Restaurant OK for dinner. Breakfast good."

"We were only at the hotel for one night for a wedding so didn’t use all the facilities. The rooms were large and comfortable. We had a sea view which was really nice. The only downside side was my wife found some of the breakfast items to be a bit cold. Both of us thought it was really tasty"

"What a fantastic hotel! We were greeted by a lovely gentleman who showed us to reception. We had a nice clean room with a very comfortable bed . We had a lovely evening dinner served by friendly knowledgeable staff . Breakfast also was excellent If we are back in the area we will definitely stay again . Right next to the racecourse too."
