"The staff was friendly, the restaurant was convenient with great breakfast selections, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, the "heated pool" was very cold. We selected the hotel in part based on the heated pool given that we knew the weekend would be cold and rainy, so it was a disappointment for us and our kids."

"The property was well located in Bethesda Row area and was less expensive than the other nearby competitors. There was great shoppoing and lots of restaurants nearby and close to the Bethesda Metro too! The staff was very accomodating. I enjoyed the room amenities - large screen TV, able to set my AC temperature in room, nice room safe and mini frigerator and coffee maker all made my stay welcoming. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel upon checkout this allowed me to site see before checking into another hotel. That was much appreciated! I didn't use the onsite dining since I wanted to explore more of Bethesda area."

"Our family enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was very good with made to order omelets and a small variety of other hot items. As far as the pool and hot tub go, as others have mentioned this area is used for swimming lessons, but we always found them to be accommodating to our young one by giving a place to swim, Plus the hot tub with the Jets was always available when we wanted to use it at night. The location is pretty great, You are above the metro, so it made for easy access to other areas of the city. I will say it did take a day to fully understand the layout of the building and how to get to the metro easily. Overall, we will be booking this hotel for any future trips to D.C."

"Pros: clean rooms, friendly staff, ample parking, snacks/bev purchases available via refrigerator Cons: limited food choices in a 2 mile radius, no hotel bar, no hot breakfast even though the website stated so."
