Stunning, Large Historic Annapolis Home, Steps to Downtown, Private Driveway!

The location is ideal - one short block to USNA Gate 3, and just 4 blocks to the downtown waterfront. Home has a private driveway for up to three vehicles.

Enjoy the elegance, yet comfort of this completely renovated home!

A perfect home to enjoy time in Annapolis! Located on King George Street, walking distance to the Academy or downtown, available year round with a private driveway for up to three vehicles.

This stunningly appointed home offers you an at-home setting in the heart of Annapolis, 1 block from the Academy Gate 3 entrance and 4 blocks to City Dock. The 2005 renovation took it down to the studs and rebuilt as a new house with every amenity. The gourmet kitchen is a cook (or caterer's!) delight with six burner gas stove, double oven, warming drawer, double dishwasher and granite counter-tops on an 11 foot center island. Dining table expands to comfortably seat 12. Downstairs enjoy a fully finished recreation area with pool table, wet bar and entertainment area, with exterior access to the back patio from the lower level. This level can also be used for sleeping two on the queen sleep sofa.

Three bedrooms have their own full bath with custom tile showers, plus an additional bedroom (without in-suite bath). The master and both guest rooms all have queen beds. The third floor suite holds both a twin bed, full bed and full shower, and private outdoor roof deck with stunning views of the Academy Chapel.

COMMISSIONING WEEK: Rented for USNA Commissioning Week 2025, 2026, 2027. Available for 2028 and beyond.

This house is conveniently located for any Annapolis events. Walking distance from the Academy, downtown and under a mile to the stadium, this is an easy house to just park your car and walk. It is located just 4 blocks to the waterfront and the entrance to the October Boat Shows.

What an amazing stay! The check-in/out was a breeze. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to cook tons of meals at home. We all had our own space while still feeling close together. We will definitely be staying here again during our next visit!

We loved everything about this VRBO! The home was so exquisitely renovated inside. We had the best family time in the open kitchen-dining-living room. The kitchen was SO well equipped for all our socializing. The bedrooms were comfortable and beautiful. Parking for three cars was available in the driveway.

Stayed here for USNA Class of 1985's 40th Reunion. Home was awesome, very clean, ideal location close to USNA and downtown with parking for 3 cars. Couldn't have asked for more. We were busy with reunion events the whole weekend and didn't really get to enjoy the house to its fullest potential. Wish we'd had time to hang at the house more, but we need to come back and spend a whole week here in Annapolis in order to do that. Highly recommend!!

We had the best time! I rented this house for my friends that came into town for my bridal shower and it was in the most perfect spot! Open floor plan on the first floor and a huge kitchen so it was such a great space to entertain after. Sean was super responsive and answered my call right away when I had a minor issue getting in the house with the key pad and fixed it in 2 seconds! 10/10 experience, would definitely rent again!

Location and Home are AMAZING!

The location is in walking distance to everything in town - once we parked in the private driveway - we did not take the car again until we left. (plus room for 3 cars)The home itself is amazing - out of a decorator magazine - all the rooms are beautiful and all the comforts of home - the 5 bedrooms were perfect for our family - attending a wedding in town - we enjoyed sitting on the front porch having coffee in the morning - there is a quaint coffee/bookstore a short block walk from the front porch as well as a wine/beer/snack store on the same block. - The large dining area inside allowed us all to have breakfast together.. We highly recommend this home and will stay again when in the area. The hosts were very easy to communicate with.

perfect Annapolis house

This is the fifth time we've stayed in this fantastic downtown Annapolis house. The location and off-street parking can't be beat. The house is beautifully furnished and provides first floor gathering place, plus plenty of private spaces so family members can have time to themselves. This home is managed by a local owner who responds in minutes to issues and questions. This is a huge, huge plus for us. We can't recommend this house enough!!!!

Fabulous gem in the heart of downtown

Nice home with good location

Nice home, comfortable furnishings and well equipped kitchen. Located a comfortable walk from points of interest. Owner was quick to respond to all messages. Parking for 3 cars which was nice. Backyard could use a little tic.

Great house in a great location

Stayed with a group of friends for a friends reunion annual weekend. Large kitchen accommodated our group hangouts and game playing. There is a pool table in the basement for chill out moments and thoughtfully appointed kitchen and baths. My only note is that there is no shower in the basement. The online listing seemed to suggest there was.

Best Spot in Annapolis

We loved staying at this property. We stayed there to host immediate family during our wedding week. The location was so close to downtown so we didn't have to rely on ubers or coordinating rides to meet up at places. It also provided adequate parking for 3 cars, which is not a luxury many places near it have. The owners were quick to respond. We loved how clean and welcoming the house was when we checked in. I highly recommend staying at this amazing location!

Perfect Annapolis Wedding Home

This home is spectacular! We stayed here for our son’s wedding and it was perfect. The location cannot be beat for a Naval Academy chapel wedding followed by a reception at Alumni Fluegel Center. The spacious bedrooms and multiple bathrooms are terrific as are the fabulous common living spaces. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. It truly is the perfect place to stay in Annapolis for a large family celebration!

Lacrosse trip

This place exceeded our expectations. Really nice inside. Great to have a pool table for the kids. Easy walk to town and do all the restaurants. Parking was easy. Will stay here every time we have an event in the Annapolis/Baltimore area.

fantastic house, perfect location

This is the fourth time we've rented this fantastic house. The location is perfect for us, and as we've added a daughter-in-law, a toddler and an infant we appreciate more of its features. There first floor is a great gathering area for everyone but there is private space for all on the other floors as well. (The lower level, with its comfy seating, big screen and pool table would be perfect for tweens or teens.) But the best part about this house is the LOCAL owner/manager. He answers his phone and came right over to the house to fix a minor problem we had this year.

Beautiful Place

The place was very nice. Only hiccup is that they don't have a garbage disposal and wouldn't let us change our credit card on the account before our stay. VRBO said the host was the only one who could agree and refused to switch cards on the account even though VRBO agreed to waive all fees. It created a lot of problems that we had to deal with on our end. Other than that, place is great.
