Of course, the male staff member was also very kind, though unfortunately we didn’t get his name. During our stay, the weather was quite hot and the room temperature rose a bit, but we requested a large fan and it was promptly provided. The best sleep we had during our entire trip because they have the most comfortable beds. We can't wait to return to the hotel in the winter time. "
