Check-in instructions weren't provided before our check-in time, and when we contacted the host, we couldn't call them and had to message, then they didn't respond until we called Vrbo support. The code they gave us didn't work, then when we got the right code, the box was stuck and hard to open. The loft itself is okay, but it didn't feel like the quality matched the price. Tables were wobbly and unsteady, the bed was uncomfortable, and the area was kind of sketchy overall. The walls are paper-thin, we could hear exactly how disgruntled the people nextdoor were with their loft."
