Wonderful stay in Anna Maria

We throughly enjoyed Anna Maria and this great property! It was perfect for our family of six! We were impressed with how clean and neat everything was and it was such a bonus to have the golf cart, bikes, and beach equipment! We highly recommend this property!

Perfect place & amazing views

The photos do not do this property justice. Exterior was clean and pool and backyard area was amazing. Property included everything you need for a family vacation including crib, high chair and stroller for our little guy. Highly recommend!!

Amazing House

We celebrated my daughter's 17th birthday with her friends, and they had a wonderful time! They all said the house was the best part. The layout and location were spectacular. The master bedroom has windows that open from East to West and North, and the fresh air blowing through was incredible. We would love to return again soon!

Beautiful home and perfect locations

Home is relatively new and it shows. Perfect layout for family holiday. It was a nice surprise to see that pool and putting green have been installed since we made our reservation. View of bay and park across the street was enjoyed and location to Pine Street was wonderful. Will book again this year. Dan was very attentive.

Wonderful stay

One of the best rentals we have stayed at! Location was perfect. Could walk to restaurants, parks, and beach. House had beach toys, wagon, bikes, golf cart and kayaks which was a huge bonus. Our kids loved being in the pool and using the putting green. House was very clean. Every room and bathroom was set up like a hotel room. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, and lots of appliances. We cannot wait to book our next visit. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful Vacation!

The property is fantastic! - Front porches to watch the amazing sunrise -Heated pool to relax in after a day at the beach -Golf cart to travel around town -Beach essentials(chairs, towels, cart, and umbrellas) -5 bikes for a relaxing morning ride (wife and daughter loved the morning bike rides) -Beautiful master bedroom and 3 additional large rooms. (We had 7 people and plenty of room.) -Grill and nice kitchen for cooking family meals This was our first trip to AMI and it didn't disappoint. The house and the island are amazing and look forward to returning.

Wonderful Property

This property is impecable. Perfect location. The house has all the amenities and more to make your stay remarkable. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen is wonderful. The golf cart is in great conditions and comes very handy to cruise the island. Excellent communication with the property manager as they responded every quesiton or concern right away. Easy check in & check out. I would highly recommend this propery.

Steller Beach House and a Birder's Delight

My family and I stayed for about a week. This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and we're planning on returning next Spring. Waves, the beach house, itself is exceptional. Pictures don't do it justice. It is well maintained and we were in complete comfort. The hosts responded in moments and provided plenty of information on local restaurants and attractions. It's just a short drive in the provided golf cart to the easy access main beach, which is simply gorgeous. The view of beach from the front porch really helps it stand out. There are an incredible number of beautiful homes in the area that I imagine are similar inside, but the majority view other homes. Waves overlooks a short beach that is a birder's delight. An Osprey nest is the crown jewel with other local birds just in constant motion. Of course, before watching the birds, seeing the sunrise from the same spot with a cup of coffee is the perfect way to start the day. If you have someone in your group like me, that isn't as into the beach and just wants to relax with a great view of nature, this spot may be the best on the island. We're definitely interested in returning next Spring.
