Welcome to Ocean on the Rocks, the location and view of the Humpback Whales are the star of this property with up to 40,000 passing by the properties door from May to November.

This property truly stands as a perfect blend of indoor comfort and outdoor tranquillity with three spacious air conditioned bedrooms and 2.5 immaculate bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests with a maximum of 6 adults.

The spacious open-plan living area has mesmerizing ocean views and features a 65-inch big-screen Smart TV, ducted air conditioning to ensure your comfort, free unlimited W-Fi, Premium Foxtel and a sound bar. The kitchen is modern with high end Miele appliances and is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities including a dishwasher, microwave oven, family size fridge/ freezer, electric cook top and under bench oven, elegant stone benchtops and a Breville coffee machine.

The master suite promises a tranquil retreat with a King bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, ducted air conditioning and a ceiling fan for your comfort, Smart TV and access to a private patio area. The second and third bedrooms have ducted air conditioning and are located in a closed off wing area which gives a great area for kids, these two rooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangement with ceiling fans, Queen beds and a King Single bed, both rooms have ducted air conditioning. The main bathroom is located in the wing area and has a relaxing bath, shower, vanity area and a sperate powder room with toilet and basin.

Step outside and you're greeted by a generous outdoor area with stunning water views and complete with a 4 burner BBQ, outdoor dining furniture, and a sensational outdoor cold shower to wash off after a day at the beach.

Ocean on the Rocks provides an incredible base to explore Anna Bay's attractions. It's conveniently located only a quick 3-minute drive to Anna Bay shopping area where you will find an array of dining, take away, Bakery, Bottle Shop, Butchery, Supermarket and Anna Bay Tavern. The beachfront location opens a myriad of watersports and walking activities with the newly built Tomaree Coastal Walk right in front of the property, this is a great walk that takes you from Anna Bay all the way to Shoal Bay (27klm).

The property provides three parking spaces including a secure double garage and enough room on the street for small boat parking and an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and a dryer which is located in the garage.
