Merhabalar otel konum itibariyle merkezde ama araç girişi için çok müsait bir alanı yok dar alan o biraz sıkıntı. Resepsiyondaki personel yardımcı diyebiliriz. Kahvaltı çeşidi azdı bir de saat ileti gittikçe olan çeşitler de bitiyordu. Sona kalan kişiler için yetersizdi. Odamız ve katımız iyiydi temizlik iyiydi. Ama en büyük şikayetim şu çocuğa beşik istedim park yatak geldi ama beşikte yatak yoktu. Sünger yatak tarzı bir şey var ama beşiğin demirleri batıyor çocuğa öyle düşünün. Ben resepsiyonu aradım yatağımız yok öyle sünger var sadece dediler. Şaşırdım bu zamana kadar şikayet almadılar mı yani o sünger yatak da hangi çocuk beşiğin demirleri batarken rahat yatabilir açıkçası ben anlayamadım. Derhal bunun düzelmesi lazım kendi fikrim. Ayrıca çıkışta su içtiniz mi dolaptan dediler ücret aldılar ekstra. Dolabın dışındakiler ücretsizmiş. Dolaptakilerden de içtik diye ek ücret verdik 90 TL. Çok saçma o kadar para veriyoruz sudan ücret sırf dolapta diye almak saçma. Hani çerez bisküvi yesek anlarım ama su bu yani. Genel anlamda orta düzeyde diyebilirim. F\P olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Bir dahaki gelişimizde muhtemel farklı bir otel tercih ederiz. Teşekkürler.

Ankaranın merkezinde temiz ve ferah bir seyahat yaşadık. Hizmetten gerçekten memnun kaldık, çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. İngilizceden dilimize geçmiş "sir" kalıbı yani türkçesi "efendim" çok fazla kullanılıyor personeller tarafından. "Evet efendim" gibi. Bence bu kadar söylenmesine gerek yok, bütün çalışanlar kibar ve işini iyi yapıyor. Umarım otel yöneticisi bu yorumu okur ve bununla ilgili düzenleme yapar.
