"We have been staying at this hotel off and on over 4 years now and we frel we have a second home, very well located for travelers, clean and calm, nice and friendly staff. Excellent restaurant that offer fresh and delicious food in terms of both value fo money and quality of food. Well-equipped for the price level. All the team take high attention in all facilities to make our stay comfortable ( heating 24/24, service 24/24, electricity 24/24, restaurant and bar 24/24 and many others) We advice...

"Support was the only good thing, there was no heating , windows weren't properly tight, wind was blowing inside the chalet. Bathroom had a foul smell , blinds were broken... And the list goes on and on... 2 stars instead of 1 star because the support was good, but maintenance team is very bad . "

"The reception was very very poor. Lack of professional approach. Lack of amenities and poorly managed. Property is excellent. "
