"Stayed at this cottage for a 3 night getaway. Since the cottage is only 2 years old, everything is new, clean, comfortable and very bright. Great location right on the water, which made it a great spot to watch the boats go by, and spectacular sunsets. Grocery store and Walmart are only 5 minutes away, as are other stores, and restaurants."

It's convenient to Barrie, Canada's Wonderland (~40mins) and Toronto (~1.2hrs, depending on traffic) House does have good space and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. It has a bit of a "city living" vibe being on a moderately-busy intersection, with a decent amount of traffic noise and people walking around if you're ok with that. (we were, never felt un-safe) House itself is a tad more "weathered" as the pics...
