"Beautiful estate in an extremely bucolic setting. Lovely stay in one of the cottages. Be aware there is no air conditioning for the hotter days but open windows with a provided fan did the trick. "Beautiful location on a small bay. Free parking on the street in front of the Inn. Great restaurant. The trail up the hill ( steep) to the Dunnottar Castle is 3 miles round trip but absolutely worth it if one is able. The room was small but immaculate, lots of hot water, good WiFi and a very reasonable price at the time of this review. I did not see if there was a lift, one flight of steep stairs to our room. Highly recommended."

"Amazing setting, right on the river Tay. Even saw the whitewater rafting go past. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect with all the facilities you need.
