"John has a wonderful property that is close to everything, yet quite enough to enjoy. We go to bike the area and we can leave for the day out the front door and not have to worry about loading the biles to enjoy the trails."

Said way better than staying in a hotel and being bored when not dancing. Close to all conveniences. Loved that had an air fryer and all other standard appliances. Would definitely stay again."

We managed to sleep 11 but not everyone gets a private room, which worked for us. We were also okay with the one full bathroom but that does require some coordination if you are a big group. "As advertised, the wifi strength and overall cellular service is low in the area at times. Multiple people with multiple service providers and we were unable to stream any of the NHL playoff games :(. We had a back up plan with table/card games. Not a critique, more of a message to potential vacationers."

"This spacious, well-equipped home provided everything we needed for a fun-filled family stay in the scenic Mulmur Hills. Huge kitchen, many bedrooms, modern bathrooms, office and desk spaces, and several seating areas indoors and outside. The pond was a hit with the kids for swimming, floating and fishing. Location was perfect for local sight-seeing and easy day trips - either south the the city or north to the beaches. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would recommend this lovely home...

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at this house right next to Innisfil Beach Park. It's convenient to Barrie, Canada's Wonderland (~40mins) and Toronto (~1.2hrs, depending on traffic) House does have good space and plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. It has a bit of a "city living" vibe being on a moderately-busy intersection, with a decent amount of traffic noise and people walking around if you're ok with that. (we were, never felt un-safe) House itself is a tad more "weathered" as the pics...
