"Not all apartments of the house were occupied so it was really quit and private for us. Landscape is flat so good for biking in the lagune."

"The property is in a rural setting amongst farm fields but is well screened by trees. The rooms are large with comfortable furniture and beds. There was a choice of pillows which will suit most people. Outside it was good to have both the pool area and a more private area at the rear. The property is close to local amenities but having a car is essential. Overall this is an excellent property."

"We enjoyed the view and the location of the rental, the reason for the 3 stars. Do not expect for this rental to offer comfort. The beds were old and master bedroom bed creeked. There were sand and dirt on the floor. The couch is old and broken. The walls were peeling and there were crumbles (asbestos?) in the second kitchen by the water heater, which hadn't been cleaned for awhile. We also only had one functioning shower, although there were 2 bathrooms; one of the showers did not drain at all!...

"Very good accommodation, right in the middle of the old city of Chioggia, so restaurants and bars are nearby. The beach is only around 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is very clean and comfy, communication with the host was also non-problematic, all in all we were vary happy with our stay!"

"I stayed at Michele's property twice while in Italy and it was great. The kitchen supplies and coffee and tea provided were perfect for a multi day stay. I filled the fridge with snacks from the Pam Local (there are many nearby). The Padova locals were so welcoming and I loved staying in the heart of the University town. "

"Friendly welcome by the owners; well maintained and great spaces; a steep road at the edge of the village to access the property which however gives a breathtaking view from your terrace. Great location to visit the northern parts of Italy; highly recommend. And a big thanks for the owners who where always available for any question"

"We had the honor of staying here at the end of our two week tour. Loretta is fabulous and the breakfast spread is delicious. It was great to meet the horses (be careful the youngest is a little fiesty, if his ears are back don't try and say 'Hi') . We would highly recommend! The only slight downside was the box elder bugs. Maybe some kind of traps could be used, there were quite a few. But, we understand the battle!"

"We were apparently the first guests of the session. The entrance to the house hadn't been swept, the whole apartment was covered in spiders, the kitchen utensils were dirty and a wooden board was moldy. On the first evening we noticed that we didn't have any hot water, but the agency couldn't get hold of any. Luckily the neighbors were nice and could tell us where the main gas switch was."
