"It's a little bit tired to be honest. The room was spacious and reasonably well equipped. But, the towel rail did not work and the heating system was a bit iffy, so getting the right temperature was a bit of a trial; and the first day was pretty chilly. The bathroom was odd as it was designed like a wet room, but the water did not like to drain into the shower area, so feet got wet every time I went into the bathroom - the water just laying there. "We stayed at the residence for 3 weeks, the staff and the director were very helpful, We are elderly, some of the rooms do not consider this, and this should in my opinion be made available. Hotels.com was useless in resolving our issue, spoke to a supervisor who was useless. plenty to say but did not resolve our problem. my wife and I resolved it by communicating with the directors, who then understood our issue and quickly resolved it. One important issue, the fire alarm was activated one evening around 2230 hrs, there was no emergency evacuation procedure, and this should be resolved, with clear instructions on all accommodation doors, with a larger noticeable procedure in the main reception area. John & Mary"
