"This property was ideal for our large group. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen, patio and pool area was spacious, open and well laid out. The theater was great too. We loved the flowers everywhere around the property. Steven was very helpful and friendly to work with on any questions."

Villa spacious and very clean. Great location close to local bakers and butchers. We really enjoyed visiting La Rochelle, Chatelaillon-Plage and local restaurants (Le rochebonne and mussel/burger bar on beach-thanks for the recommendations). "Villa Roccia is great. Beach just across the road was fabulous for late evening walks…but the pool and hot tub area was the star of the holiday. The village has a couple of grocery shops with a wonderful boulangerie too. Everyone was friendly, especially the host, Carine. Wonderful holiday. Long drive from uk but French roads and drivers are so much calmer than uk, so it was stress free from Calais."

"My family and I have enjoyed a really lovely week in this great house. The property is very well equipped very comfortable and has everything you could need. There’s plenty of space for everyone and the kids appreciate the WiFi. It was very easy to find and thanks to Kevin the caretaker we soon felt at home. One of the best things for me was that you don’t really need a car when you’re there. The local shops and bar are only a few minutes walk away and the big supermarket is just a short cycle...

"We had a wonderful holiday in Rivedoux-Plage together with the extended family, and the house and property was perfect for all of us. The children played in the pool the whole week, and we all enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area for relaxation and social dinners. The clean and nice beaches close by were also very popular. And not to forget the wonderful local oysters! I will highly recommend this property, and hope to come back one day."
