"Although the spacious property is ageing a bit the location is perfect for anyone wanting tranquility within a short drive of Lake Annecy and its various beaches and other attractions. We loved being surrounded by the friendly dog, the horses, and the deer which come down out of the woods at night. Only problem was the double bed--mattress is rather worn and not good for our 60 year old backs."

"The chalet is situated on a very quiet road with spectacular views of the lake and mountains from the balcony. The chalet is spacious and comfortable on 2 floors. We were 6 adults staying with plenty of room however although there are 2 bathrooms ( one upstairs and one downstairs) there is only one toilet. The drive way is long and narrow and parking 3 cars on it was a bit difficult ."

"We had a magnificent stay at Swansdoor from the beginning to the end. The location of the apartment was perfect, it was well fitted out with all you would need (including a washer and dryer) and the village was beautiful. "This is a well kept and well equipped house in a great location, handy for the lake, the cycle path and the local shops. We had a really enjoyable stay and were glad of the proximity to the lake, as the weather was very hot most of the week. The owners, Jean-Noel and Catherine were also lovely and very helpful."

"Loved every minute we stayed at Stephane's place. It was perfectly suited for quick trips into Annecy and the Saint-Jorioz swimming beach was only 5 minutes away. The views were absolutely stunning and most evenings were spent enjoying wine on the deck and relaxing in the hot tub. Stephane has designed very thoughtful touches into his home and it was an exceptional experience."

Il manque des patères dans les chambres, en plus des petits placards. Attention, il y a un escalier étroit et raide qui descend au rez de jardin pour atteindre les 2 chambres et la salle de douche."

"Amazing to get a super nice apartment for better price than a hotel room. LOVED being on upper floor with own large balcony/deck. Located in heart of endlessly lovely Annecy.
