"This was the first time my family and I stayed at a Hyatt. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the hotel. Very clean and everyone friendly. The room looked EXACTLY like the picture online which seems rare nowadays. So clean you would be okay walking barefoot in the room. Also the sofa bed was even comfortable. Did not feel worn out. We also thought it was cool that they had a “borrow menu” where you could request items during your stay. I remember seeing items like a crib, board games, and much more. It was an impressive size list. Aesthetically the hotel was very pleasing. If we ever come back to Raleigh we already know the hotel we are going to! "

"Everything was great except the bathroom vanity sink is directly in front of both beds so if someone gets up at night to use the restroom the light shines on everyone. Great breakfast with several options and rooms are spacious. "
