"The room was very good. I was checked in quickly without issue. I was trying to get ice, but my ice maker was not working and there were no ice trays in the freezer. I was not able to reach the front desk from the room, I had to go downstairs. Desk staff said there should be ice trays. No resolution available. So sad. Floors and elevator were dirty."
