"I had a lovely stay — the hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It’s also very conveniently located, just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The pool area was a nice bonus — clean and relaxing — and the virtual service made lounging at the pool nice. I always look forward to the warm chocolate chip cookies (still just as delicious!), and I want to give a special mention to Francesco at the front desk. He was kind, soft-spoken, and made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Highly recommend for a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches."

"Living the dream with a lake view balcony room at the grand Gardone Riviera Hotel. Everything I always wanted. Being able to also slip into the lake for a swim straight from the sunloungers also a bonus! Breakfast was amazing, we couldn’t stop eating! "We really loved the hotel. We had great stay with amazing memories. Everyone who we met who worked in the hotel was so amazing, friendly and helpful. Ladies on reception quick, efficient, smiley! Breakfast area people always super helpful and welcoming. Shuttle bus lady - always smiling. Guest were also super friendly always happy to exchange a word about experience or plans. Room was big with a very comfortable bed, all facilities were great, and good number of towels!!! room not extremely modern but not old either, actually it didn’t change a thing! Swimming pools amazing! With wonderful view. All plants and trees were beautiful too. Parking super easy and safe. Restaurants nearby! Very clean and everything organised well. We loved it!!! Air con could be stronger but it did the job to provide a cooler space. We loved the hotel and we felt comfortable and welcomed. Thank you to everyone who put a lot of work so everything works smoothly. Also thank you for smiling it makes an amazing difference! "
