"This is probably the best place to stay the night before departing via Haneda Airport. I especially appreciated the fact that the staff took the trouble to arrange nightwear of my size when I made the request before arrival. The kitchenette worked exactly as hoped. However during my stay the washer-dryer failed halfway giving an E94 error, which forced me to hand dry my clothes using the (admittedly excellent) Refa hairdryer. The humidity in the room also never dropped below 70% despite my turning on the aircon to dry mode for pretty much the entire stay. If the equipment were just a little better maintained it would be perfect. "

"This hotel has a great proximity to the train and area shopping. Very family oriented which is nice but can cause for noise in neighboring rooms beside and above especially late at night. Buffet breakfast was a great asset with a variety of foods."

"Hotel is 15 minute walk to Tokyo Disney. With a family of 4 room was good size, they offer luggage service if you are planning to go to another hotel in Tokyo (which made traveling by train really easy). We would stay here again"
