"Location was great. 2 min walk from 7/11, 5 min walk from train station. Washer and dryer on premises. Rooms were big, shower were hit and spacious. Comfy beds. Def recommend"

"It’s only 30 minutes by train to Tokyo. It did not bother us at all. The room was big, we had 5 large luggage we still had so much space to move around. We love the shower! The decorations at the lobby were fantastic!"

"The hotel itself was really nice. Very helpful staff. Plus, it’s almost adjacent to a train station. But the “Innovation City” it’s technically located in is a maze-like, soulless, overgrown and downright weird place. You will not feel as though you’re in Japan proper like you would in a hotel closer to the city, more like a liminal space."

"Loved this hotel. The room was super spacious. The shower had an ante room which was nice where you can change and not get your clothes wet. They had microwave in the room and purified water dispenser outside the rooms per floor. There was also a Lawson at the lobby which had food and toys for kids. They also had free shuttles to the Disney parks and Maihama station. Will definitely come back when we visit Disneyland and DisneySea."

"This was my first time staying at the Valia Hotel in Tokyo. I also stayed at the one in Osaka during my travel to Japan (2026). It is conveniently located near a train station, bus station, a major shopping mall, and theater. The room size was what I am used to back in the States. The staff were very helpful in answering questions and providing information as requested. The space was beautiful. I had requested an allergens free room, but I don't think it was since I had a hard time sleeping in the room. But, it could just have been the carpet. The airpurifier provided did help a little, but it was still a struggle. If you don't have a need for allergens free space, this hotel is for you!"
