"Hotel and the room were very clean. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. Our room had a lovely balcony with nice views. We were a bit disappointed that there was no restaurant or tea and coffee facilities but the receptionist very kindly made us a pot of tea."

This was our 2nd stay in 24 months at the Pharae Hotel and the staff is excellent, regardless if you speak Greek or English. The room and the hotel were very clean. "Outstanding property and stay - perhaps service can be improved a bit more. There was a bit of miscommunication re towel replacement and water refill. Lastly, I would encourage the hotel to review its policies regarding smoking (particularly cigars) in outdoor dining areas, as well as the display of sexually suggestive content around the pool, especially considering the presence of young children."
