"Everything was amazing and the staff is excellent! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They recognize your needs and go beyond to fulfill them. I booked here to be close to downtown and pamper my aunt who is always pampering me. So glad I did! Breakfast was delicious as well!"

"Great location. Right on the river and plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Using the valet to retrieve your car can take a while - not sure where the cars are parked but allow at least the 20 minutes that they reccommend."

"The prime spots like bed and bath linens and bath fixtures were clean. Toiletries were about what’s expected for a hotel of this caliber. Air conditioning is old, noisy, and uneven. The room had a distinct smell similar to cat odor, though it may have been age and dampness. The overall sense is that there’s lots of maintenance needed on doors and walls. There’s a seating area on an upper balcony that’s trying to be a benefit. The lobby is small and dark and has bus station vibes. We opted not to eat breakfast there. Coffee and tea are offered all day, which was nice. The front desk staff on check in was extremely pleasant and upbeat, though later our travel companions said their request for more towels was met with a sense of inconvenience. Parking is handy and less expensive than other hotels in the area, and overall the location couldn’t be better, which we all decided made up for any deficiencies, and the price was certainly affordable for the convenient locale. "

"Great location. Room an odor of musty smell. Breakfast was great, few of the guest on the other hand..(they should just stay home) Pool was warm but cloudy. Parking was easy also. All the employees we talked to had been very nice and helpful!"

"Staff was apathetic, always on their cell phones. Room had trash on ac from previous guest. Payed for upgraded room, that just ment a room on a higher floor. Valet parking only for $48. No self parking."
