"It starts with Arriving in the Perfect Beautiful Mountainous Location. Then as soon as You enter the Lobby, You feel Overwhelmed with Warmth & Coziness. Always decorated for All Occasions. The Staff if Friendly & Efficient. They Never hesitate to go above & beyond. The indooor pool area clean and organized. Gym likewise. Each room has a view to die for. I have stayed here visiting My Children for Christmas & Summer visits for over 16 years. It has definitely made being away from Home, Like being at Home. Thank You So Much for the Many years of Amazing Service, Hospitality, & For Making it So affordable for My Family to Spend time Together. I have also traveled for business All over the Country. "I could tell the hotel had been recently updated. I stayed two nights for a family event. The hotel is eco friendly (shampoo/soap dispensers in shower & instructions to hang towels to reduce water usage). I have a bad back, and the bed was comfortable, although I always bring my own pillows for extra support. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a convenient location. I would stay here again."
