"Excelente. Apenas um probleminha com a configuração do cartão da porta que ficava desconfigurando, aí temos que descer na recepção para configurar e uma luzinha no abajur que queimou, pedimos 2 vezes mas não trocaram. Mas não atrapalhou em nada a estadia e em diversas outras vezes foram muito solícitos com atendimento de excelência. "

"This hotel is located in a farm property could be much updated it says they have a swim up pool bar and wasnt even functioning the pool was full of dead mosquitos and flies they could have someone cleaning it at least twice a day the service was terrible we had to do everything on our own to reserved activities they couldn’t call from the front desk and ask what hours available the food was from days before hard bread and for lunch they had one plate that had gone bad already tasted spoiled they...

"Hotel maravilhoso, bem grande e com a área de lazer separada da maioria dos quartos o que é bem confortável em relação ao barulho. Comida maravilhosa, muito farta e diversa. Único problema que eu tive foi que sou alérgica a glúten e tive uma grande restrição de alimentos no café da manhã, pois não tem opções para celíacos. Uma pena, pois vi várias vezes uma nutricionista fazendo a vistoria dos alimentos, mas nessa situação dos alérgicos não foi muito pensando. "
