"I stayed in the "tree top"building at the right rear of the property. It is well maintained, very clean, and has lots of hot water with good pressure for the shower. Comfortable queen bed. Plenty of blankets, towels, tissue paper, coffee maker, etc. I do have two minor complaints: Room #6 had an additional bunk bed with a angled 2"X6" leg that stuck out quite a ways. As such it is a "toe stubber," that got my right foot twice. Ow! :( The re-fridge had not been defrosted in quite a while, so the freezer compartment was completely filled with frost. I was unable to use it to refreeze my cooler packs. Otherwise, it was an thrifty, excellent stay, and I highly recommend it. "

"Our bedroom was super clean, as were the other shared areas of the house. Breakfast was excellent, very tasty, and made to order. The property outdoors was beautiful with great views of nature, and my wife and I were allowed to walk down into the woods across the street to enjoy some quiet time sitting by a placid river. To top it all off, our hosts were always cordial and accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here!"

"You should tell people in advance when hot tub not operable. We hiked alot, needed it and driving 7 miles to Jordan house was not what we wanted. We would have simply stayed at Jordan house!"

"We absolutely loved almost everything about our stay! We loved the historic, boutique feel of the hotel, the beautiful registration area, the fitness center, the tavern, the room, the hallways even with the old pictures, the beautiful setting, the cute little town, and nearby playground and skatepark. My only negative feedback is that the pool was absolutely freezing. We actually specifically chose this hotel as a last minute get-away because it said it had an outdoor heated pool but I couldn't even get in because it was so cold. My kids went in for a bit and had fun but didn't stay long because of the temperature. I'm honestly not sure I would come back because of it, which is a bummer because I loved everything else about our stay. I feel like I'd have to call ahead to see if any changes were made and what the temperature of the pool would be before booking. Other than that piece, would highly recommend if not interested in the pool piece."

"My sisters and I had a fantastic weekend. The home was exceptional with plenty of room. The basement was unbelievable with all the activities for everyone to do. The outdoor space was phenomenal as well. We enjoyed sitting at the table outside playing games with the beautiful weather. There was plenty of room to enjoy each other inside with a table in the kitchen and a huge table in the dining room. Several sitting areas around the home were also lively. The kitchen had several spices available to us for cooking meals. We appreciated the washer and dryer on the main level. The air conditioners worked well with the exception of one. We called and it was replaced within hours. What an incredible home this was. We highly recommend this home for a wonderful getaway. It would be a skier’s paradise during the winter months. Special thanks for allowing our 2 dogs to come along! "
