"Excellent customer service! We had checked out leaving our passports in the room safe. The staff at the hotel reached out to us and went above and beyond to deliver the passports to us in Seoul. We were so thankful! Shilla Stay is located in prime Yeosu, with clean and modern amenities, and superb customer service. We stayed at Park Hyatt and JW Marriott and the service we received at Shilla Stay was truly outstanding. Highly recommended when visiting Yeosu!"
