"The Forest House is a cute property within walking distance of downtown Georgetown, where there are many great places to eat, drink, and relax. The property is very accommodating and a comfortable place to stay. The pool and backyard area are very nice."

"This house is great for a family and friend’s getaway. We stayed for the weekend and had reservations for the Austin Steam train ride, but unfortunately they canceled because of cold weather. Good location close to Cedar Park. Host response was very pleasant. "

"The home provided an excellent environment for the children, featuring numerous games, ample space, and a basketball hoop in the parking area. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sight of deer grazing in the grassy area contributed to a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere"

"Not nearly as nice looking in person. Overall the flys were everywhere and the lawn was very unkept. The location was nice to our event space, but with all the additional paperwork, and guest passes to have to deal with, I would not rent here again. "
