This 2443 Sq ft, 4 bed, 3 bath house can easily sleep 8 or more, 8 adult size beds it makes a great house for a retreat, golf outing, or family reunion. Big dock, it features a great view, a large back lawn with easy access to the lake, 2 large fireplaces, decks overlooking the lake, wireless internet, and a charcoal grill.

A Second living area on the lower floor is great games, small meeting, watching TV, or just relaxing on the couch.

Located on big water just cross from Portman Marina ( The Galley Restaurant )

Great Location

Very clean. Tina was very receptive and communication was great. Sunset views are amazing. We stayed over Memorial weekend and could see the fireworks from the shores of Asbury. We look forward to coming back.

Visit to view Clememson University

We had a short stay. The host had the AC and a light on when we arrived which was very thoughtful. The house is beautifully located. Loved sitting on the covered dock in the morning with my coffee and listening to all the beautiful birds. The house is very comfortable. Very comfortable beds with nice linens and pillows. Well stocked. Wish we had a couple more days to enjoy the place.

My family stayed here for vacation. The owners Tina and Benny were excellent to work with. They went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was perfect for our family. We loved the privacy, outdoor living and especially the incredible dock. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great lake vacation

The house was very comfortable and very pretty. The owners responded to any requests promptly and were very easy to rent from. The lake front and dock were very nice and we were able to bring our boat to the dock as well. We had our family in for one weekend and everyone had a place to sleep and we all enjoyed the lake. We hope to rent this home again!

Fantastic sunsets!!

This house is in the perfect location with easy access so much in the area. Wonderful neighborhood. Great views of the lake and beautiful sunsets! The house was very clean and had lots of space. Some things in the house could use a little updating, but all in all it was a great place for a much needed week away!

Great, relaxing 5 days!

This house was perfect for our stay! The teenagers had their own little retreat downstairs - with a door we could close off of them - and we had the perfect space upstairs. The house was very comfortable in all respects. Nice neighborhood. Convenient to 85 and the grocery store. Property management was attentive and responsive. It was the perfect fit for our stay and we look forward to staying there again!

Thanksgiving

We celebrated Thanksgiving by cooking a traditional Thanksgiving meal and it felt like home. The house is clean and just as it appears in the pictures. The owner, Tina, is extremely helpful and pleasant. The property is nice and the view of the lake is gorgeous. We would recommend this home for boating, a Clemson football weekend or just a nice getaway.
