"The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. The area was safe and the locals were kind and very friendly as well! The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. The on-site restaurant had terrific food with plenty of options and service was quick and attentive, both in person and via room servic. (Extra props to Judy on the phone for room service for her great customer service!) My only criticism is that the window shades in my room were electronic and were broken to where they did not block out the light fully but that was only a slight issue. I will be staying here again and soon! I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Indianapolis."

"We had a very great stay! From the start the staff was so cheerful and welcoming! All areas were clean, the dining area was clean and we liked the food options for breakfast and dinner. We liked swimming in the pool and hot tub. The room was clean and beds were comfortable! Thank you "

"The hotel itself and our room were very nice. My only issue was that upon arrival one of the two tv's in the room didn't work and there was no hot water. We reported this to the desk after we got settled in the room and then went out to dinner. Upon our return from dinner (more than 3 hours) both items had been repaired. Even though it shouldn't have been that way upon our arrival, it was promptly fixed and didn't disrupt our stay. Staff was very apologetic and would have moved us to a different room had we insisted. Good hotel, good room, in a nice area. "
