"Great value is #1. The older man who runs breakfast does a really nice job. Excellent coffee offered. The rooms are great. Nice little sitting area. Two tvs. Nice modern, clean bathroom. Fridge is cold Microwave. Again - good value. Near all sorts of shops and restaurants. Lots of parking. Safe. Only downside (personal thing) - the gym, while seemingly well equipped with 2 bikes, 3 treadmills and 2 ellipticals? Well, for 6 months that I have been staying there, 1 bikes, and all three treadmills have been broken. Come on folks. Also, the second of 2 elevators is almost always broke, wide open with tools and workers all over the place."
