"The hotel was pet friendly and we were charged $40 for 17 lb dog. When we got to our room there was a very strong dog urine smell, and there were stains on the carpet. The front desk told us that we had been reassigned to the “dog” room. We were concerned because they told us there was $150 deposit in case the room was excessively dirty when we left.
