"I arrived in Malmö having had my reservation in another hotel canceled, with no options provided. I made a last minute reservation at Moment Hotel and was happy to know there was a person at the reception. The young man was kind and immediately solved my problem by giving me a room, when I was otherwise left stranded at 2:00 am by the other hotel. I am very grateful for the immediate support I received in those terrible circumstances. Thank you."
