A large mezzanine totally secure 80m2 can be isolated above the main room.
This one contains two rooms cabane spirit - secret places for the delight of children and teenagers

Beautiful house, conveniently located
The house was beautiful and close to the shops, beach and some nice restaurants. We had 16 people in the house but it never felt like we were all on top of each other - although they could possibly do with one or 2 more chairs but we managed to squeeze on the bench. Sebastien was very helpful and easily contactable. The house backs onto a bike path that runs down to town and the pool was very refreshing.

Très bien
Le sejour s'est bien passé. Localisation très pratique, maison agreable et piscine chauffée appreciable. Chambres du haut non isolées (porte à galandage) mais pour nous (couple sans enfant) et pour 1 weekend ca été. Belle decouverte de la commune d'Andernos et de l'ostreiculture.

Belle maison dans un quartier calme mais avec quelques hics!
Très belle maison et quartier calme mais nous vous la déconseillons si vous venez pour vous y reposer. En effet, la maison est mal insonorisée et le matin nous sommes réveillés par les mouvements des autres. De plus, le pisciniste et le jardinier viennent travailler plusieurs fois durant votre séjour. Ce dernier est venu un matin à 10h avec son tracteur-tondeuse, coupe-haie et souffleuse. Ceux qui se reposaient à la piscine, ainsi que ceux qui petit-dejeunaient sur la terrasse, ou encore ceux qui télé-travaillaient ont tous dû rentrer à l'intérieur en raison du bruit et de la poussière causé, et ceci pendant tout son passage, soit jusqu'à 12h. Concernant le télé-travail, ceci a aussi été un problème en raison d'un wifi dysfonctionnel durant tout le séjour. Le propriétaire est au courant depuis plusieurs mois mais je pense qu'il serait judicieux d'en avertir les locataires au moment de la réservation et non pas 3 jours avant l'arrivée, étant un facteur décisionnel important dans la sélection d'une maison. Et enfin, nous avons aussi été surpris par le tarif onéreux des serviettes, ne comprenant aucune serviettes de piscine, contrairement à l'annonce sur le site mentionnant inclure tous les serviettes nécessaires au séjour. La maison manque aussi les essentiels, c'est à dire pas de papiers toilettes, pas de savon, pas de sel, huile d'olive, etc. Globalement la maison est belle, la région aussi, mais nous avons rencontré beaucoup d'inconvénients par rapport au prix qui est l

un séjour familial agréable
Une grande belle maison, conçue pour la location. Aucun livre, documentation sur la région, jeu d'intérieur ou d'extérieur sauf la cabane. Plusieurs marches non signalées , entre entrée et salon , dans un wc et une salle de bains. Attention aux chutes , nous avons cumulé entorse et côte félée. L'entretien général est limite, gouttières bouchées lors de la forte pluie, végétation luxuriante mais peu taillée, liner piscine abimé, bonde de fond cassée. L'aménagement intérieur est un peu limite aussi : pas de tapis à l'entrée des baies vitrées, pas de tasses à café, la hotte ne fonctionne pas. Pas une dose de lave-vaisselle d'accueil... Entreprise de tonte extrêmement bruyante et irrespectueuse . Le niveau de prestations promis nous invite à attendre de l'impeccabilité.

Maison sans intérêt
Les prestations ne sont pas du tout au niveau annoncé et attendu (poubelles non vidées, piscine sale à notre arrivée, serviettes encore dans le sèche-linge, grille-pain, four et hotte hors service, etc.). Le jardin est agréable. Personne pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée, pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée ni à la sortie.

Bien mais pas d'accès à la piscine
La maison est très agréable et bien équipée. Cependant nous l'avons prise spécialement pour l'accès à la piscine extérieure. Or celle ci n'était pas accessible à notre arrivée car en cours de maintenance. Nous n'avions pas été prévenu de ce désagrément car si nous l'avions su, nous n'aurions pas loué cet établissement. Lorsque nous avons demandé au gérant la possibilité d'avoir un geste commercial au vu de ce désagrément, nous n'avons pas eu de réponse.
