The check-in process was smooth and professional, and I felt genuinely welcomed. My room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with modern touches and a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable—perfect for both work and streaming. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet: a fresh, delicious spread of local fruits, pastries, eggs, and Colombian coffee that’s hard to beat. The on-site restaurant also serves great meals throughout the day, with excellent service and a relaxing ambiance. The location is perfect—close to El Poblado and within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and nightlife, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also loved the rooftop pool and fitness center, both of which offered amazing views of the city and mountains. "Well i have to says that at the beginning they given us a room not as the one we booked but after talks with stafff we were moved withour any problem. Staff at rest was excellent so as food as well as staff at breakfast they were excellent. If any thing i would say will be the insulation on bedrooms you heard everything if you are next to diaregarded guests but is something it can be tolerate. Overrall we spent a nice week.
