"Overall the property and stay was okay. The room had some issues. There was a broken handle on a cabinet door; the bathroom sink "stopper" was broken; the TV remote back plate was broken letting the batteries fall out. All issues that weren't all that bad but for the Hampton it was first experience of neglect in the room. I love the Hampton though and it won't deter me from staying there again. I didn't experience a friendly attitude with the check in staff, the morning staff (very loud...

"Quiet and clean"

"Stayed here twice in the last week. Coming and going. The beds and pillows are terrible in this place. It is way past time that the mattresses all need to be replaced. Hampton Inn usually have good bedding. This one is the worst we have seen for comfortable beds and pillows. Won't ever stay here again and will advise our employees."

"When I visit Wichita, this is the only property I will stay at. It feels very safe and the staff is quite friendly, especially the bartender, Dennis. I had an issue with my blood sugar going dangerously low, and luckily they had a small candy basket at the front desk, so I avoided a trip to the hospital. My only real complaint is the breakfast, the powdered eggs are disgusting. I wish they used real eggs."

"Nice experience. Would stay again. Friendly staff and clean and comfortable."

"Very clean and loved the rooms."
