"This hotel was the perfect place to crash after two trips in the outdoors! The showers were powerful, beds comfy with memory foam pillows and breakfast was delicious. What stands out even more is that all staff members were extremely friendly and helpful and many of them spoke excellent English! We also were able to buy some small snacks at the small shop in reception. We’re just sad that we probably won’t be back to Cusco to stay here!"

"We had a lovely stay here for several nights. Johan, Jose, and Marjorie are excellent hosts and were very attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing and on days we had to be out early they provided a very nice boxed breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is in walking distance of the main square and other attractions. Highly recommend! "

"We had a great stay at El Balcon, the staff was friendly and made check in super easy. The rooms were clean and very cute. It gets chilly at night and they had heaters. The layout of the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant has delicious food, plus the chefs were super accommodating. I would definitely recommend a stay here! "
