Although there is no elevator, there is always someone to quickly carry your luggage. The herbal tea with cookies and a turned down bed with a hot water bottle at your feet in the bed at night (except Sundays) could not be more welcoming on a cold evening and makes you feel first class. We had three rooms on the third floor and the only complaint was about the water for the shower which sometimes took a long time to become hot (but always had good pressure). It is a great place to stay.

Excelente estadía en el corazón de Pasto. Nos quedamos dos noches con nuestros hijos y nos dieron dos habitaciones juntas, algo que el personal confirmó antes de nuestra llegada. La ubicación es perfecta, a pocas cuadras de la catedral y cerca de buenos restaurantes. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas, con calentadores para las noches frías.
