"The hotel was very nice. Clean rooms and loads of space. A lot of the staff didn't speak English, but very respectful and willing to help with questions. Some of the other patrons were rude. They did not want to wait in line for food or service. There were plenty of options for meals. I found the buffet to have a lot of good choices. I especially liked the fried chicken at the outside buffet by the pool. The Irish bar had top shelf liquor that they made their specialty drinks with or you could request your own concoction. Plenty of bottled water everywhere. The beach was an 8 min walk. They had a service to take/return that ran every 15 min. The beach was clean with plenty of lounges. There was even a cantina that you could get burgers, hotdogs, french fries, fruit and ice cream bars. No alcohol is served at the beach. The pool area is large. There's a bunch of water slides, kiddie area, adult pool, loads of lounges. Some of the tiles where the water is collected are in need of repair. Overall, really enjoyed the stay."

"We had a wonderful vacation at Rixos Premium Belek. We’ve stayed at several Rixos properties over the years, including Tekirova, Sungate, Bodrum, and Sharm El Sheikh, and in our opinion, Rixos Premium Belek offers the best food of them all. The variety, quality, and taste were outstanding throughout our stay. The à la carte restaurants were excellent, especially the Turkish Restaurant and the Greek Restaurant. One tip: make sure you book your reservation right at 10:00 AM. We found that it’s much easier to disconnect from the hotel’s Wi-Fi and use your mobile data instead. Start refreshing the reservation page around 9:59 AM because the popular restaurants fill up within minutes. If your priority is the food, we thought the Turkish Restaurant offered the best dining experience. If you’re looking for a lively evening with music, dancing, and entertainment, then the Greek Restaurant is the perfect choice. The pools are beautiful, spacious, and perfect for families. As for the sea, it’s the typical Belek coastline. The water is clean, but because the seabed is sandy, it can appear a little cloudy. If you’re expecting the crystal-clear waters of Bodrum or Didim, this is different—but the sea itself is clean and enjoyable. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive another room upgrade, which we truly appreciated. Thank you to the team for making us feel valued once again. "We stayed here for one week as a family with our 4-y.-old son and had a wonderful holiday! We were looking for a beachfront all-inclusive resort with great food, good facilities and friendly, helpful staff - and this place delivered on all of that. We were able to completely relax and enjoy our vacation without any stress. Our room was cleaned every day and in a calm area. We also really liked that the accommodation is spread across smaller buildings (ground floor and first floor only), which makes the resort feel much more peaceful than large hotel blocks. The resort is well maintained with lots of greenery, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The beach is right in front of the resort, the pools are great and there were many activities for children. Our 4-y.-old had an amazing time, which made the holiday even more enjoyable for us. The food was very tasty with a wide variety of dishes every day, so there was always something good to try. The only thing to keep in mind is that the transfer from Antalya airport takes about an hour. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s worth knowing in advance. Overall, we had a really great stay and would definitely recommend this resort, especially for families with children. We would happily come back!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The pool was well maintained by staff. The rooms were clean and cleaning staff is extremely helpful. The beach was very accessible and the shows were great for the kids and versatile. However, the food’s cleanliness was to be questioned, as one of us had food poisoning. I suggest avoiding sushi and food that has been sitting for a long time. Another thing that ruined our experience is the reception gave us the wrong color bracelet and we found out on our last day. There was also one of the staff who worked in the hair braiding spot who would give us dirty looks for no reason which we did not appreciate. Overall we’d rate a 4/5."
